What Affects the Cost of a Restroom Trailer Rental?
Portable bathroom rental cost, like porta potty rental cost, comes down to a few clear factors. Here's what changes the total for a restroom trailer:
Rental length. A one-day or a multi-day rental. Multi-day rentals include a refresh each day.
Guest count and event length. One trailer serves up to 200 guests over a 5-hour event. Bigger or longer events may need a mid-event refresh or a restroom butler.
Power and water at your site. Listed prices assume an electrical outlet and fresh water within 200 feet. If your venue has neither, add a quiet generator or a fresh water tank.
Weather. Early spring and late fall events may need our cold weather option to keep the water lines from freezing.
Distance. Delivery is included within 35 miles of Fort Collins. Locations farther out may have an added travel fee.
VIP Restroom Trailer Rental Cost vs. Porta Potty Rental Prices
Porta potty rental prices are usually lower because you get a basic plastic unit. The VIP restroom trailer rental cost covers a different experience: flushing toilets, running water, mirrors, heat and A/C, LED lighting, and premium supplies. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included too.

When you compare the cost of porta potty trailer rental options, check what's included. Ours covers setup, stocking, and cleaning, so there are no surprise line items after your event.
What's Included in Every Rental

A fully stocked trailer with premium soap, lotion, tissue, and paper products
Heating, air conditioning, LED lighting, and Bluetooth audio
